CareNode Policy Wiki

Controlled policy documents. No participant information.

Demonstration content. Every policy in this wiki is fabricated for evaluation purposes. None of it has been reviewed, approved, or adopted, and it must not be relied on for NDIS compliance.

CareNode Policy Wiki

The controlled source of truth for organisational policy.

Every policy here carries an owner, an approval record and a review date. Changes are versioned, and previous versions stay retrievable.

What does not belong here

No participant information. Ever. No names, no plan numbers, no health or disability information, no incident details that identify a person.

Participant records live in the platform, which has the access controls and audit trail for them. This wiki is deliberately more open, and that makes it the wrong place for personal information. If you are about to paste something about a specific person, stop.

How this wiki works

Drafting

Use check out to take a working copy. The published version stays untouched while you edit. Checking in records a new version.

Approval

A policy moves to Approved only when the named approver has signed it off. Until then it stays Draft or Under review.

Review

Each policy has a review due date. Attestation — who has read which version — is tracked in the platform, not here.
